Japkasai alone, or with nuru

Japkasai is on our menu two ways. You can book it as a session by itself, or as nuru + japkasai, where the same session also includes a nuru massage. Each has its own price, and both are on the board above and on the full price list. If you can’t decide, ask at the desk before you choose.

No health claims

Some websites promise all kinds of effects from japkasai. We don’t, because we can’t back them up. It’s a traditional massage, and we’ll leave it at that.

Where to get japkasai in Bangkok

J-SPOT is on Sukhumvit Soi 33, about 600 m from BTS Phrom Phong, and open every day. Walk in and ask for japkasai at the desk, or message us first to check who’s working. The directions page shows you the door.

Japkasai questions

What is japkasai?
A traditional Thai massage technique for men. The name is Thai, so it gets written several ways in English: japkasai, jap kasai, jab kasai or chap kasai. It's the same massage.
How is japkasai different from nuru?
Nuru is a full-body massage with slippery gel on a heated mat. Japkasai is a separate, traditional Thai technique. You can book either one alone, or both together as nuru + japkasai.
Is japkasai a medical treatment?
No. It's a traditional massage, and we make no health claims about it. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor before any massage.
Can I choose who does it?
Yes. You choose at reception. If you have someone in mind, message us first and we'll tell you whether she's in and how long the wait is.
