You wait in the lounge by reception. The massage itself happens in a private room, whichever session you choose.

The lounge

Just inside the glass door are lavender tufted sofas on a marble floor, under a magenta floral ceiling with cyan light along its edges. The J-SPOT neon glows on the ribbed wall. This is where you sit while reception goes through the menu and today’s managers with you on the tablet.

The private rooms

Every session happens in a private room. The photos on this page are our own rooms, taken in October 2026: a massage bed made up with fresh towels, a long mirror, and violet light lines running down a fluted wall. Nuru is done on a heated waterproof mat; in the rooms we photographed it sits in a tiled wet area with a hand shower, and some rooms also have a corner whirlpool bath. When you’ve chosen at the desk, someone shows you through.

Before you come

You don’t need to book a room. Walk in, choose at reception, and you’ll be taken through. The prices are online, and the directions page shows you the door.

What you'll find
