Friendly host and reception staff. Overall experience was also very good. They were constantly asking about your well-being and making sure you leave satisfied. Masseuse also well-trained.

The front desk service is excellent; they speak Chinese and can communicate. The staff are very professional, talkative, and cheerful. I recommend checking them out!

What guests mention most

We went through our 100 most recent Google reviews, from January to September 2026. The front desk comes up more than anything else, in about ten of them: friendly, attentive, and good at explaining the menu. Three mention that reception speaks Chinese. Three call the place clean, two like the interior, and about a dozen say they’ll be back.

Four of those 100 gave three stars or fewer. We read them just as closely as the rest.

About these quotes

Many of our guests write in Chinese or Japanese. Google translates those reviews into English, and we show the translation it gives, spelling and all. We never edit a quote, and we leave out any that name a member of staff.
